Dynamic Creation has intergraded a cost effective, modular, online-reservation, customer management, billing, and automated dispatch system. Enabled with both EMAIL to SMS and direct SMS capabilities, drivers in the field may be notified via SMS about new customer pickups.
Additionally, through WEB enabled PDA’s or Laptops, Drivers will have the following features:

- Turn by Turn directions.
- Customer Preferences.
- Customer's Destination.
- Update Driver status so dispatch center can monitor driver’s activities.
- Calculate customer's bill via miles traveled or zone to zone rates.

Once the driver has reached the customer's destination the driver can print a full detail receipt and charge the customer's credit card on the spot. Transactions are kept inside the customer's online account with 24/7 real-time access.
